David Wilson Partnership using NBS Scheduler and NBS Contract Administrator
David Wilson Partnership (DWP) subscribes to NBS Scheduler.
They use the software to complete domestic refurbishment projects.
At any given time the DWP team may be working on over 60 of these projects and the contract value typically ranges from £2,000 to £60,000.
NBS Scheduler creates a three part document consisting of preliminaries, a specification and priceable schedule of work for use on small scale building projects without bills of quantities.
DWP produce their schedules of work by selecting information from a library of pre-written work items in NBS Scheduler, whilst referring to guidance and other technical information sources.

A reference specification that requires no editing is automatically created that provides supporting statements of quality relating to products and work. This is always up to date and requires no maintenance.
