Centre for Accessible Environments (CAE)

The Centre for Accessible Environments, a registered charity, is the information and training body on the accessibility of the built environment for disabled people. The Centre is committed to the provision of buildings and spaces that are safe, convenient and enjoyable to use by everyone, including disabled and older people. It provides information and advice, training, seminars, design guides and other technical information, the Architectural Advisory Service, and a library and current awareness service.
