Countryside Council for Wales (CCW)

The Countryside Council for Wales is the statutory adviser to Government on sustaining natural beauty, wildlife and the opportunity for outdoor enjoyment in rural Wales and its inshore waters and is the national wildlife authority. It can provide advice on nature conservation and landscape protection to industry, planning authorities, voluntary organisations and individuals. It is also known as Cyngor Cefn Gwlad Cymru.
