Engineering Equipment and Materials Users Association (EEMUA)

EEMUA is a trade association representing the views of major users of engineering equipment and materials in the oil, process and energy industries. It represents users' views to the HSE, DTI and other Government departments as well as to BSI and international standards bodies. Much of EEMUA's work is in Brussels involved in European directives that affect its members(e.g. pressure equipment, ATEX and machinery directives). Work includes the preparation of guidance notes and specifications concerning the design and use of process plant and equipment. A catalogue of these publications is available and they can be purchased on from their website.
