Institute of Asphalt Technology (IAT)

The IAT is a professional body for those working with asphalt. Its aims are: to promote the knowledge of asphalt technology; to encourage and promote improvements in the practice and standards of the technology; to promote the consideration and discussion of all questions affecting asphalt technology; and to support its members. It publishes the Asphalt Yearbook for papers concerned with the manufacture and use of bituminous materials in highway engineering, civil engineering and building construction.
