Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)

The ICE is a UK-based international organisation with 80,000 members, a fifth of whom live outside the UK in some 140 countries. It is an educational and qualifying body and has charitable status. It publishes quarterly proceedings journals, five specialist journals on different aspects of civil engineering, a weekly magazine, and newsletters, and its publications division Thomas Telford publishes a wide range of other material. It also operates a library which is open to all members.
