Institute of Groundsmanship (IOG)

The IOG represents groundsmen, greenkeepers and all others involved in landscaping, horticulture, and amenity management. They provide exhibitions and consultancy services for the sportsturf and sportsground related industry and their training programme includes groundsmanship, grounds management, turfculture and lawn maintenance. The Institute is actively involved in the provision of pitch maintenance programmes for cricket, rugby, football, tennis, racing, bowls and many other grass and artificial surface sports.
