Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators (ISTC)

The ISTC is the only professional body in the UK for people engaged in all branches of scientific and technical communications. It provides a forum for the exchange of views among members and represents the technical communication profession in dealings with other professional bodies and Government. Members have a wide variety of backgrounds and work in many fields. It publishes a quarterly magazine and a Handbook; it also offers training courses.
