Scottish Arts Council (SAC)

The Scottish Arts Council (SAC) is the principal channel for Government funding of the contemporary arts in Scotland. In addition to their funding role, we provide valuable information services to the arts community, conduct research, and play an important part in encouraging support for the arts from others- local authorities, the education sector, economic development agencies, private sponsors and charitable trusts.
