Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers' Federation (SNIPEF)

The Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers' Federation is the national trade association for all types of firms involved in the plumbing and domestic heating industry in Scotland and Northern Ireland. SNIPEF has almost 1,000 member firms and requires each firm to satisfy a number of important criteria before being accepted into membership. SNIPEF operates a Code of Fair Trading (including a Guarantee of Work scheme) which consists of conciliation, and if necessary arbitration, to resolve customer complaints against member firms.
