UK Certification Authority for Reinforcing Steels (UK CARES)

UK CARES is an independent, non-profit making body, established in 1984 to provide confidence to the users and specifiers of reinforcing steels. It operates for the benefit of the construction sector offering certification schemes to companies that produce materials, components or offer services within the reinforced concrete industry. It is one of the founder members of the European Group of Certification Bodies for Constructional Steels (CONSCERT).
