Digital Karnak
The Digital Karnak Project aims to provide easily accessible, up-to-date, expert material relating to the Karnak temple precinct. This includes a 3-D Virtual Reality model of the temple, offering a completely new way to view it. Footage of this model, as well as original videos and maps, are accompanied by thematic essays written and reviewed by Egyptologists to supply reliable information in a digital and visually dynamic platform. A simplified version of the Virtual Reality model of the temple is also made available in Google Earth, for a completely interactive experience.

Theban Mapping Project
The largest Egyptological website on the internet, offering complete coverage of the Valley of the Kings in images, text and maps. With a database of information about each tomb, a compilation of nearly 2,000 images, over 250 detailed maps, elevations, and sections, and a 3D recreation of tomb KV 14. A truly spectacular site, although a high-bandwidth connection is an advantage to get the most from it.
