Japanese Gardens
Site dedicated to the gardens of Japan, and more specifically to the historic gardens of Kyoto and its environs, privided by Bowdoin College. Each garden described includes a plan of the garden and a series of high-quality images that can be viewed individually or as a tour. Also includes information on the history and development of the traditional Japanese garden, an overview of commonly-found elements, a bibliography, glossary, and links.

Society of Garden Designers
The Society of Garden Designers aims to provide the public, both in the UK and abroad, with the assurance of competence, quality, experience on the part of its members.
