Stonehenge Project
Supported by a variety of UK government agencies, the Stonehenge Project is designed to improve the setting and interpretation of the Stonehenge World Heritage Site. It will remove the sights and sounds of the roads and traffic from the area near the Stones, improve the landscape by changing it to chalk downland, and transform the visitor experience with better access and a new world class visitor centre.
