International Council on Monuments and Sites
ICOMOS is an international non-governmental organization of professionals, dedicated to the conservation of the world's historic monuments and sites. Gives lists of publications and links.

League of Historical Cities
An international association of historic cities who have grouped together to support one another in matters of conservation, urban development, etc.

Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC)
OWHC is made up of 208 cities with a combined population of 125 million, in which are located sites included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Of the member cities, 7 are located in Africa, 36 in Latin America, 20 in Asia and the Pacific, 123 in Europe and North America and 22 in the Arab States. At the moment there are also 4 Observer-members.

World Heritage Information Network (WHIN)
WHIN is a clearing-house for information about the natural and cultural sites identified as being of "outstanding universal value" and inscribed on the World Heritage List by the Intergovernmental World Heritage Committee.

World Heritage List
Details on each of the over 850 properties which the World Heritage Committee currently on the World Heritage List, covering cultural, natural and mixed properties. Includes details such as a description and a gallery for each property.

World Heritage Tour
The World Heritage Tour (WHTour) is a non-profit association dedicated to creating a documentary image bank of panoramic pictures and virtual reality films for all sites registered as World Heritage by UNESCO. Only 52 sites are covered so far, but more are planned.

World Monuments Fund
World Monuments Fund is a non-profit organisation dedicated to preserving and protecting endangered works of historic art and architecture around the world. The World Monuments Watch List of 100 Most Endangered Sites, a program of World Monuments Fund, is issued every other year.
