What is expected of NBS Advisory Panel members and what are the benefits?

What is expected of an Advisory Panel Member?

As an Advisory Panel Member you would be expected to:

  • Commit to the scheme for two years. The number of meetings we aim to have each year is eight, and you would be required to attend a minimum of four meetings a year.
  • You will be expected to actively contribute to discussions during sessions, and in some cases, will be required to prepare in advance for the sessions.
  • Be prepared to spend time commenting on and trying out new NBS software when it is at beta stage.
  • To be available for communication via telephone and e-mail.

In joining the NBS Advisory Panel you will benefit from:

  • An opportunity to express your views and opinions regarding current issues affecting you and your company in relation to the construction industry
  • Being involved in market leading product development
  • Sharing experience and knowledge with other NBS Advisory Panel members as well as NBS staff
  • Promotion of your association with NBS in press and PR activity while you are a member
  • Free additional licences of NBS products for the duration of your membership with the NBS Advisory Panel
  • All expenses paid for attending the working group meetings.
