NBS Contract Administrator

In response to publication by JCT and SBCC of their “2011” suites of contracts, nine new sets of Contract Administration forms have been added to NBS CA. These reflect changes made to the contracts brought about by the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 which came into force recently.
