Unable to update the datastore in NBS Contract Administrator 2.2.0

Symptoms

An issue has been found that will affect some customers when attempting to upgrade the datastore from an earlier release to the latest update of NBS Contract Administrator 2009-2. The issue does not damage the datastore.

During the upgrade process:

If you receive about a message informing you of a 'Data Store Upgrade Error', you will not be able to update to NBS Contract Administrator 2.2.0.

Resolution

Please install the update 2010-1 (v2.2.2) to resolve this issue.
