Symptoms

NBS Guidance displays one of the following messages:

“Action Cancelled - Internet Explorer was unable to link to the web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable”

OR

“Warning – Unable to display NBS Guidance”

Resolution

Please install Update 2010-2 July (v5.5.13.11) or later to resolve this issue.
