The Carpet Foundation is funded by the leading UK carpet manufacturers who between them produce over half the carpet manufactured in the United Kingdom. It covers: generic promotion of quality carpet to UK consumers; technical and environmental issues; lobbying and the wider representational role on behalf of the UK carpet industry; and legislation affecting the UK carpet manufacturing industry.
