Abstract

Aluminium windows and doors manufactured in accordance with BS 4873 1986 'Specification for aluminium alloy windows' are designed and constructed to meet specific levels of performance. This document describes the site procedures which are advisable to ensure that this performance is actually achieved and also general advice on how to maintain the performance after occupation of the building.
