Abstract

Updated to incorporate changes introduced by the 1991 revision of BS 6262 'Code of practice for external rendering', it explains the principles and practices of rendering. It describes the range of possible finishes, materials used, mixes for various types of rendering, the special requirements of backgrounds on which they are laid and ways of rendering to resist a variety of exposure conditions.
