Technical Guide 7 Controlling airborne contaminants in the workplace

Publication Year

1992

Document Status

Withdrawn

Abstract

Written as an aid to hygienists and others responsible for, or interested in, the control of exposure to air contaminants in the workplace. It concentrates on the control of toxic substances and does not, in the main text, deal with control of flammable or explosive hazards.

Document History

Since this Guide was published the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (1988) have come into force in the UK. Because of repeals and revocations which occurred under the COSHH Regulations some of the legislative references in this Guide are out-of-date.
