Abstract

Forms the reference guidance that details the credit requirements under BRE’s EcoHomes Scheme. It has been designed for use by individuals trained and licensed as assessors under the scheme, and will be used in conjunction with the EcoHomes Developer Sheets (completed by the developer) to calculate the EcoHomes rating.

Superseded by the 2006 edition, but any development registered prior to the 6th of April 2006 will be assessed using the EcoHomes 2005 version. Incorporates BRE's Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).
