For completion by the developer (or their agent) as part of the EcoHomes assessment under BRE’s EcoHomes Scheme. Encompasses health and well-being, energy, transport, water, materials, land use and ecology, and pollution.

Supersedes the 2003 edition. Any development registered prior to the 6th of April 2006 will be assessed using the EcoHomes 2005 version. To be used in conjunction with the EcoHomes 2005 Guidance. For BRE's Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM). This document is no longer available from the original publisher, therefore the status is unconfirmed.
