Abstract

Intended to raise awareness of the potential to improve the energy and environmental performance of offices, and to encourage positive management action. It describes four types of office buildings against which you can compare the performance of your own offices. It gives benchmarks for energy consumption, energy cost, and carbon dioxide emissions. It outlines technical and management measures to help reduce energy consumption and costs. This edition builds on the content of previous guides by providing additional detail to assist diagnosis, analysis, technical and managerial improvements.
