Abstract

Considers requirements for thermoplastics ancillary access fittings used to constructing gravity drains and sewers. For fittings with nominal sizes of 110 and 160.

Superseded by BS 4660:2022. AMD 10875 is Corrigendum No.1. dated March 2000 - Indicated by a sideline. AMD 13946 is Corrigendum No.2. dated 9 December 2002 - Change to 6.3.1. Supersedes BS 4660:1989. Information about pipes, bends, branches and couplers has been removed from this standard and is covered in BS EN 1401-1:1998. Partially superseded by BS EN 13598-1:2003 but remains current.
