Abstract

Specifies requirements for the chemical and physical properties as well as quality control procedures for siliceous fly ash for use as a type II addition for production of concrete, including in particular cast-in-situ or prefabricated structural concrete. Fly ash according to this document may also be used in mortars and grouts.

This document is a candidate harmonized European Standard and takes into account the requirements of EC mandate M/128 products related to concrete, mortar and grout.
