Abstract

Intended to form a template of a log book to monitor legionellosis management and control measures in buildings. To provide a framework for monitoring water quality, to provide evidence of management control and compliance with legislative requirements, and to provide a record of monitoring and maintenance activities as required by the HSC Approved Code of Practice and Guidance. The log book may not cover all the risk-specific systems on a particular site and may need to be extended and customised to fulfil requirements.
