Abstract
Perceptions of performance in realising a concept into a completed building, focussing on the perspective of the constructor who sees it as managerial and logistical problems to be resolved, ultimately reducing it to a proportion of necessary turnover on which a recovery of overheads and a contribution to revenue must be made.
