Abstract
Commissioned to examine how the more informed section of the construction industry had implemented the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM), which came into effect in 1995, and how the individual duty holders were performing their roles. The report also examines what scope for improvement exists and has sought to evaluate the cost and identify the benefits that have accrued from CDM.
