Superseded by Design development protocol for PFI schemes - consultation draft of procedural guidance for competitive dialogue (DoH, 2007). A joint Department of Health and NHS Estates document. First published in 2001, but now updated to cover revised PFI procurement process guidance. To be read in conjunction with Design brief framework for PFI public sector comparators at OBC stage (DoH, 2004).
