As Specification Consultant you will collaborate with a diverse range of domestic and international designers in the fields of architecture, interiors, and landscape design. The role involves providing comprehensive specification-related advice and project documentation in various formats (such as Uniclass, CAWS, CSi,), reflecting clients' design aspirations, methods, legal requirements, quality standards, sustainability objectives, and commercial targets. The successful candidate will utilize our in-house NBS Chorus and Source platforms to deliver exceptional results.

This role attracts a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days spent in our award winning offices right in the heart of Newcastle City centre and the rest of the week spent working from the comfort of your own home.
