This programme has been made to tie in with a new book ‘Guide to NEC3’ by Frances Forward, which explains NEC3 from the architect’s perspective.

Increasingly architects are being required to get to grips with NEC3. This programme aims to explain the basic structure and ethos of NEC3 along with examples and explanations of areas of the contract that may be new ground for architects and designers.

About the contributor
