Specifications for architecture, engineering, landscape, and the built environment give construction teams a detailed overview of the project work, required performance, and product selections. With the help of our partners, we have put together a range of sample specifications for each discipline in both Uniclass 2015 and CAWS format. Complete the form to access them now.
The specifications for various procurement types have been crafted using NBS Chorus. Written for the NBS Lakeside Restaurant building, they include both the Uniclass and CAWS classification structures.
NBS have a number of different content sets appropriate for different disciplines and different complexity of work:
