If you are getting connection errors when you start NBS Create check the following:


1. You have an internet connection and you have the latest version of NBS Create installed

To find out what version of NBS Create you are running, open the software in read only mode.

Click on the Manage menu > Software Updates.

Please download and install the latest version.


2. The Date, Time and Regional Settings on your PC are set correctly

In the Windows Control Panel check your computer is the correct regional and language option set (e.g. English UK instead of English United States) and the date and time are accurately set.


3. You are experiencing problems with your network firewall or proxy

If you have a proxy or firewall that could potentially block NBS Create from connecting to the NBS network you must allow access to the addresses listed in the installation guide:
