After creating a document via the new document wizard and clicking on Finish, the following message appears: “There was an error creating the document. Please use the wizard to try again”.


This is caused by having the Resources folder in a read-only location on a network.


There are two options to resolve this problem:

  1.     Change the permissions on the folder on your network to allow read and write access
  2.     Reinstall the software, selecting Install on Client machine when prompted to specify a location for the Resources.
