When using your NBS Building, NBS Landscape, NBS Engineering Services or NBS Scheduler software, your NBS Plus panel is defaulting to ‘Offline’ and you aren’t able to select ‘Work Online’ even though you have a stable internet connection.

You are not able to check for updates either, stating that it is ‘unavailable’. 


This is because your company firewall or proxy is blocking the NBS software's from accessing the NBS RIBAE services to get the information in NBS Plus.


You must permit the NBS software's access through your company's firewall/proxy to:*

(NOTE: * denotes a wildcard)

Once the proxy has access, you should be able to change the NBS Plus to ‘Online’.
