New Approved Documents for England
New Approved Document R takes effect on 1 January 2017 for use in England.
Revisions to Part L (April 2016 amendments coming into force 6 April 2016).
Revisions to Part E (6 April 2015) and to Parts G, H, M1, M2 and the new Approved Document Q which takes effect in October 2015. Ensure you have the latest England only Approved Documents for your project requirements with NBS Building Regulations.

New Approved Document for Wales
New Approved Document R takes effect on 1 January 2017 for use in Wales.
Revisions to Approved Documents B (Fire Safety) Volume 1 dwellinghouses and Volume 2 buildings other than dwellinghouses which take effect in January 2016 to reflect the introduction of the requirements for dwellinghouses and flats.
