The 'language' of construction, the relationships between the project team members and construction technology have all moved on since the RICS's old forms were printed some 20 years ago.

The programme explains how the forms account for that change and describe how to use the suite and in particular, when to use the short or standard form.

Also examined is the suite's bold approach to handling client risk in relation to other appointment forms, as well as graphics exemplifying the 'tick box' approach of the suite and the range of scope of services included.
