NBS Tools has been designed to allow collaboration between colleagues on a project team regardless of who has an NBS licence.

The NBS Tools free download replaces the previous free to use Project version of NBS Perspective and includes a suite of useful software that helps you work with NBS documents:

Viewer

View and print specifications, schedules of work and contract preliminaries written using NBS Building, NBS Engineering Services, NBS Landscape or NBS Scheduler

Annotator

Annotate your CAD models, schedules and bills of quantities using clause references from NBS specifications or construction references from NBS schedules of work

Cost Tracker

Add valuations, perform tender analysis and track construction phase costs
