Ashok Kothari is currently serving as head of programme management for the London Overground Infrastructure works and has more than 36 years’ experience in transportation, engineering, planning and programme management. In this programme Kothari gives an explanation of the history of the East London Line and the scope of the scheme in terms of the London Overground project.
