Conditions of contract

This module will be developed at a later date.

The preparation and use of conditions of contract are widely taught in the UK, for example as a component of RIBA Part 3 (professional practice) courses, and in degrees in architecture, building, surveying, law and the like.

Websites include that of the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) , a major contracts authoring organization in the UK.
