UKI Group CEO, Byggfakta Group UK

Russell is the UKI Group CEO, which includes NBS, Glenigan and CIS. His role is to set the strategy and lead the Group to grow by a combination of organic investments and acquisitions. He has been in the data, information, and technology market for two decades, and has written a book with Forbes on Digital Transformation. Outside of work, he enjoys biking and golf, and spends most weekends doing neither, as he’s also quite handy at driving his two young sons to sports matches.

UKI Group Director of Product, Byggfakta Group UK

Helen’s role is to ensure product strategy and roadmaps are aligned to business objectives. She led on the commercialisation of transitioning NBS offerings to the SaaS propositions, NBS Chorus and Source. Previously, Helen spent 12 years at Sage managing product portfolios, across multiple routes to market, with revenue responsibilities of over £20m. Outside of work, Helen loves to put on her trainers and go for a run, as well as spend quality time with her family.

UKI Group, Technology Director, Byggfakta Group UK

Charlie oversees product technology for the companies in the Byggfakta UK group and is responsible for their development and delivery. He has over 25 years’ experience to deliver large scale Internet products and services. Since joining NBS in 2016 he led the development of our new generation of SaaS products NBS Chorus and Source. Outside work Charlie loves to travel to far flung parts of the world and get as far off-grid as possible.

UKI Group Chief Operating Officer

Paul is responsible for day-to-day Operations across NBS and Glenigan including all aspects of IT, HR, Facilities and Legal, to ensure we’re delivering the best in consistent shared services. He has spent most of his career in the Human Capital Management field, delivering to a huge range of customers from SMEs to household names and multinational financial institutions. Outside of work, Paul enjoys time with his family, and grabbing a round or two of golf.

Innovation Director

Stephen first started working on NBS products in 1999 and has worked on all the major NBS software developments. He was project lead for the UK Government’s digital plan of work and classification ‘pillar’ of the level-2 BIM framework. He has also worked on European and British Standards committees and contributed to UK Building Regulation developments. Outside work Stephen is a keen runner competing at club level in races from 1500m up to marathons.

Director of Software Delivery

Phil leads the teams building our software platforms. He is an expert in QA and is passionate about creating and providing customers with high-quality services. He’s been at NBS for over 10 years and has been involved in almost every major initiative. He also forms part of the Cloud Leadership Committee at Tech UK where he provides strategic input to UK cloud computing initiatives. A keen hiker he has just completed Annapurna & Machu Picchu trails.

Commercial Director - Product, Byggfakta Group UK

Neil leads the Sales and Customer Support Teams within the Supplier Division. He started his career on ICI’s Commercial Graduate Scheme and has held Senior Sales, Marketing and Product Management positions predominantly in the construction sector, more recently as Sales & Marketing Director at Constructionline. He holds an MBA and a CIM Diploma in Marketing. Neil is passionate about sport, is a former county cricketer and now coaches on a voluntary basis.
