The Digital Construction Report 2025 captures the views of more than 550 design and construction professionals on AI, BIM, cloud technology, product data and sustainability.

For manufacturers, the findings offer valuable insight into how digital working is evolving across the industry and what specifiers increasingly expect from the product information they use.

Now in its 15th year, the report explores the technologies influencing project delivery, the changing role of structured product data and the regulatory developments manufacturers should have on their radar.

This year, we surveyed 559 design and construction professionals about their use of, and views on, digital ways of working. For each completed response, we pledged to donate £1 to construction charity CRASH, and are pleased to support their important work.  

The survey was also supported by a range of membership bodies and institutes, which helps us to represent different parts of the industry. We are grateful to them, and to the people who took the time to share their views.
