All users of NBS Create must sign in to the software using their NBS website account username and password. If you do not already have an account, you can create one.

4 steps to creating a new account:

  1. Register for an account on the program's login window or click here to register

  2. You will be sent an account verification email

    Click on the link provided in the email to verify your account. If you are having trouble receiving this email, check it has not been filed in your spam or junk folder. You can resend the account verification email from the ‘My Profile’ tab of My Account.
  3. Install NBS Create - download the latest version NBS Create

    The first time you sign in to NBS Create, you will need to enter the NBS Create licence code which is unique to your company.
  4. Your licence code is 12 characters long, and can be found on your welcome email

    This licence code will allow concurrent access to the number of seats your company subscribes to. You can increase the number of seats within your subscription at any time by contacting us on 0345 456 9594.

    If your NBS Create licence has been set to ‘administration mode’, only NBS Create Administrators can add or remove users from a licence. Please contact your NBS Create administrator to add you to the licence.
