Abstract
The purpose of volume 1 is twofold. To outline the overall responsibility of managers of healthcare and personal social services premises in setting up and operating reliable low voltage electrical safety procedures. To provide detailed guidance on the actions needed to meet the requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
