Abstract
Discusses the cleaning of particulate contaminants from both ventilation air and recirculated air for the conditioning of building interiors. Complete air cleaning may also require the removal of airborne particles, micro organisms, and gaseous contaminants, but this chapter only covers the removal of air-borne particles and briefly discusses bio aerosols.
