Abstract
Sets out the Department of the Environment’s proposals for amending the Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 to take account of two related judgments of the European Court of Justice in cases C-290/03 (R v London Borough of Bromley ex parte Barker) and C-508/03 (Commission v UK).
