Abstract

Produced with the aim of providing practical help for employers, trade unions and employees, and their representatives, when deciding whether, and under what circumstances, mediation may be suitable. Designed to assist organisations in deciding if mediation could work in their organisation and looks at the factors and processes which need to be considered in its implementation.
